Villa is situated on .9 rai (.36 acre) of tropical sea view
land in the Nagalaya development on the southern tip of the
island of Koh Samui in Thailand.
Baan Mali is an amazing villa with a very unique concept. It consists of two buildings, the Main house and another standalone mini-villa, the Guesthouse.

Sunset Rock Cottage is a separate fully self contained cottage with a loft style bedroom & large deck with ocean palm tree views. It can be rented with the main house or separately as it has its own private entrance & car park. Below the living areas is a large, open space that can be used for relaxation or group meetings.
Baan Palang Hin takes your breath away once you’ve opened the front door. It has been very elegantly built around a huge boulder and so gives you a sense of belonging to the natural environment.
