THE MAIN HOUSE

This amazing house takes your breath away once you’ve opened the front door. It has been very elegantly built around a huge boulder and so gives you a sense of belonging to the natural environment.

The house is surrounded by lavish trees, a large veranda so you can fully enjoy the most tantalizing ocean view which is absolutely breathtaking offering one of the most exquisite panoramic sights of the ocean and surrounding islands; a sight which instantly calms your senses and provides an absolute feast to your eyes.

The enormous space of this house is intelligently divided into different living sections using the giant boulder as a seperator instead of square walls, so it maintains an organic feel. The wonderful and unique concept of this house interconnects every room.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen area. The perfect place to prepare your most favorite dishes while enjoying the wonderful sights of nature.

Giant, lush sofas provide for a highly cozy living room space giving you an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. Just sit back, plant your feet on one of the large, luxurious cushions and watch the unfolding of the clouds above the adjacent islands. You will find yourself dreaming with your eyes open.

The master bedroom area is slightly elevated above the living and kitchen area. A small staircase leads the way to a king-sized bed. Beautifully carved wooden panels seclude this area without boxing it in so there is a wonderful connection with the large space beneath. From here the view is still in plain sight and of course the large windowed doors give you an ultimate sense of space.

The semi-outdoor bathroom is raised above the bedroom right behind the large boulder which very privately creates the seclusion however still maintaining the connection with the other areas of the house. The entrance to the bathroom is subtly integrated into the bedroom space. An organic staircase leads upward to carved marble sinks and an ultramodern shower. Surrounded by natural boulders and rocks with the open air just behind you, there is a wonderful sense of space, luxury and comfort.

There is more to come however, if you take a few extra steps you’ll reach a small deck, partly overshadowed by boulders and encapsulated in trees. A big tub is fit in here so you can fully unwind soaking up nature’s fresh air and relaxing in the cool refreshing water.

One final feature of this magnificent palace-like setting is the guestroom corner which you can access via the bathroom as there is a special entrance. This guestroom features a nice closet and is nicely tucked away behind a decorative screen which secludes in from the kitchen area but does not box it in. It is a pleasant area, which once again has it’s own private space and yet is very much integrated in the whole.

Also notice the artwork and finishing touches in this house such as the hand carved angels on the wall and the Buddha hands in the bathroom who graciously receive your towels as you prepare to bathe.

As you settle in this luxury home, you will find it very difficult to say goodbye.
