TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Reservation must be made no less than 7 days in advance.
  • A 30% deposit of the full price must be paid at time of reservation otherwise booking will not be confirmed.
  • All rates are quoted in Thai Baht exclusive of 10% service charge.
  • Deposit is non-refundable in case of cancelation.
  • Early check out will be charged an additional 2 nights.

DISCOUNTS
  • Minimum 5 nights rental is preferable but not manditory.
  • Weekly rental will receive a 10% discount.
  • Monthly rental will ecieve a 30% discount excluding electric and water bill.
