THE MAIN HOUSE

The Sunset Rock Residence is a magnificent villa with an absolutely exhilarating view of the ocean & nearby islands, and a wonderful, refreshing breeze greeting you the moment you walk in.

All the rooms are located in their own separate mini-houses guaranteeing absolute privacy, and are easily accessible from one another. Special attention has been paid to details, such as the selection of furniture, the stylish niches in the walls, the artwork present in the rooms and the interior design.

The living room and kitchen are located in the first house you walk in. The large, open folding doors give you immediate access to the breathtaking view which will make you feel you have walked into a painting. The lovely and artistic interior with stylish furniture gives this room a warm, cozy and homey atmosphere. The big veranda surrounding this house gives you plenty of room to relax outside and enjoy the nature.

The kitchen is very spacious with a big, two-door fridge and equipped with modern appliances and cookware.

Next to the living room is a powder room with a shower.

Partly shaded by a mango tree is an infinity edged pool with views of the ocean & nearby islands. The pool also has a waterfall to cool you off.
A small terrace is conveniently at the lower deck next to the pool, so you can lounge and relax after a nice refreshing dip.

The next house you arrive at is the Master Bedroom with three separate entrances to the en-suite Master bathroom. Two pairs of beautiful, stylish wooden doors mark the entrances and exits. This room has an organic feel as the natural rock structure has been kept in place and the facilities built around it. The open, yet private shower area is spacious, and is a perfect place to unwind.

The Master Bedroom has a playful, Asian-style interior. It features a large wardrobe, has a mini-fridge, TV and a large terrace overlooking the ocean and nature. Ultimate privacy is ensured, yet it is very conveniently located next to the Plunge Pool and kitchen/living area. This mini-house is also surrounded by trees, hiding it from the hot sun, yet still letting the cool breeze blow through.

The Guest Bedroom is not far away and is a separate house as well. This room has a fun, cozy Asian-style interior and features two single beds that can be joined together to form a king size bed. There is a nice, warm feel to this room as the large open space has been very well utilized. The en-suite outdoor bathroom is tastefully decorated and intertwined with the rocks and nature.
