TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Minimum stay 3 nights.
  • A 30% deposit must be paid at time of reservation otherwise booking is not confirmed.
  • Remaining 70% to be paid on arrival.
  • All rates are in Thai Baht & are exclusive of 10% service charge.
  • Deposits are refundable only within 6 weeks notice.
  • 10% surcharge in high seasons.

DISCOUNTS
  • Minimum 5 nights rental is preferable but not manditory.
  • 10% discount on 30 days booking.

Due to height & steps this is not suitable for elderly, disabled or very young children.
