THE MAIN HOUSE

Baan Mamuang is a recently constructed villa with a separate guesthouse in a most spectacular and peaceful location on the largely unspoiled  south cost of the island of Koh Samui in The Gulf of Thailand.

   

Set on a steep hill amidst huge granite boulders and shaded by mature trees, the house is designed as an elegant and comfortable tropical retreat and hideaway.

With its own 2,600 square meter garden, Baan Mamuang is part of the emerging Nagalaya Development which prides itself as an environmentally sensitive haven.

The living room (14 x 10 meters) gives on to a wide sea view and a luxuriant garden.

A hammock is strung between two mango trees growing through the south facing deck. there is a well equipped kitchen. The dining table seats six.

   

A home cinema provides evening entertainment.

The master bedroom has its own private balcony with hammock.

There are two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms.

Two single beds are provided in the lower basement.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be positioned together to form a double. Children's beds can be provided on request.
